1. What types of payment do you accept ?

Click2buy.com.au currently accept the following forms of payment:
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, & Australian Bankcard)
  • Direct Deposit (Australian Customers Only)
  • Mail Order (Australia Post Money Order & Credit Card) - No Cheques Accepted
  • Paypal
IMPORTANT:

Click2buy.com.au does NOT ACCEPT personal or bank cheques of any type. Any cheques received by click2buy.com.au will be returned to the customer.




2. Is it safe to use my credit card online ?

Yes. click2buy.com.au uses SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card details during an online transaction.

Your browser will display a padlock indicating that the page and transaction is secure when you are entering your credit card details.

If you are still worried about using your credit card online, then you can always use one of our other payment methods.




3. What is the preferred delivery method ?

Our preferred and recommeded delivery method is via Registered Post. Over 95% of orders placed by Australian's are delivered via this method.

Customer's who select to use Registered Post as the delivery method will receive the tracking number via email when the order is dispatched.




4. What will delivery cost me ?

Registered Parcel Post - Australia

Our postage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and your state and postcode. Our minimum delivery charge is $9.00.

Any products ordered from click2buy.com.au going to an Australian address using Registered Parcel Post as the delivery method should take approximately (3) three to (7) seven business days to arrive once dispatched.

Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities.

Deliveries outside of these areas may take longer. Click2buy cannot be held responsible if Australia Post fail to make the quoted delivery timetable.

Delivery Charges - International

We currently offer three types of overseas postage:
  • Airmail without Insurance (5-15 business days)*
  • Airmail with Insurance (5-15 business days)
  • EMS Insured Express (3-5 business days)

Our International postage charges range upwards from:
  • New Zealand: from AUS$11.40




5. When do you charge my credit card ?

All credit card purchases are charged to your credit card once you place your order. Click2buy.com.au do not store any credit card details.


IMPORTANT:

All credit card transactions will show on your statement as click2buy.com.au




6. Do I have to register to place an order ?

No. You do not have to register at click2buy.com.au to be able to place an order.

However, registered users are able to:
  • Use our wish list
  • Track your order
  • Use many of our other features
We encourage all our customers to register, as well as subscribe to our newsletter




7.Can I add items to my order ?

If your order has not been dispatched you can add items to an existing order.

Please note that most orders are packed and posted within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.




8. Will you deliver to my work address ?

Yes, however please ensure that you include your company's name in the delivery address when placing the order.




9. Can my order be left on my doorstep ?

No. All items must be signed for. If you are not home, Australia Post should leave a card in your letterbox advising your order is available for collection from your local Post Office.




10. When will the items I ordered be dispatched ?

Once payment has been confirmed, your package will be dispatched within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.




11. When will I receive my order ?

Australia Post delivery times quote 3-5 business days between capital cities. Please note these delivery times will vary outside of major capital cities.

For overseas orders please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.




12. I did not receive the item I ordered, what do I do ?

Although this happens very rarely, we are human. Please contact us via our contact us page and we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and for the return of the wrong item at our cost.




13. I have not received my order, what do I do ?

Please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the Registered Post Number that was emailed to you when your order was dispatched.

On some occasions your parcel will be at your local Post Office awaiting collection.

If this is not the case, or you did not use registered post as the delivery method, please contact us via our contact us page and we will trace the parcel for you.




14. Can I cancel my order ?

You may cancel your order, (if it has not already been dispatched), however a $5.00 restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.




15. Are all the items listed on your website in stock ?

All items on our website are in stock* and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated.

* Occassionally an item may have been incorrectly listed and is in fact not available, if this does happen we will contact you regarding your order.




16. What happens if an item I purchased ends up being unavailable ?

On the odd occassion, it is possible that the item you purchased on this site is not in stock due to a data entry error. If is ever occurs, one of our customer service operators will contact you.





17. Can I pick up from your warehouse ?

No. We are an internet store only and pick ups are not possible.




18. Do you have a shop that I can visit ?

No. Click2buy.com.au is solely an online business and we do not have a shop front.

20. The item I ordered is slightly different in colour then what is displayed on your website ?

At click2buy.com.au, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the true colours, textures, and details of all of our products. As the colours are displayed on your computer monitor, click2buy.com.au cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the true and accurate colour, texture, or detail of a product.

We will not accept "Colour Variation" returns, as we have no control over your computer monitor. Please choose carefully!




21. How do I use my Discount Coupon ?

From time to time, click2buy.com.au may advertise a discount coupon, or you may receive a discount coupon.

Discount coupons can include:
  • Free Postage
  • Discount of a fixed dollar amount
  • Discount of a fixed percentage (excludes postage & Handling charges)
  • All discount coupons have an expiry date, and include the terms & conditions of the discount
To use a discount coupon:
    1. Select "View Cart", located at the top of the screen, or in the "My Account" section to the right of the screen. 2. Scroll down to the bottom of "Shopping Cart", and you will find a section labelled "Discount Coupon". Please enter your code on the space provided, and click on the "Submit" button. 3. Your discount will now be applied to your order.




22. Can you send me a paper catalogue ?

No. Click2buy.com.au do not have paper catalogues. You will find all of our available items listed online.
